中空上片臺動力系統(tǒng)采用伺服電機(jī)。
移動升降翻轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)變速度均為無級變速，
傳送采用變頻電機(jī)；減速機(jī)使用精密行星減速機(jī)。
采用全閉/半閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)，對產(chǎn)品定位精準(zhǔn)，系統(tǒng)運作穩(wěn)定。

下片臺XY 軸移動采用齒輪齒條機(jī)構(gòu)，運行平穩(wěn)。

采用全閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)，對產(chǎn)品定位精準(zhǔn)，系統(tǒng)運作穩(wěn)定。

X 和Y軸行走和上升下降的動作由伺服馬達(dá)控制操作，吸盤吊能自動檢測到玻璃居中吸取然后下 片到玻璃架上。吸盤吊能前后，左右，上下移動。
